T-6034 Direct Drive Motor

Rotary fixtures, oscillating assemblies and small turntables with frictional resistance need sufficient output during normal operation. The T-6034 provides 0.65 N·m rated torque, 1.26 N·m peak torque and a rated speed of 264 rpm. With a Ø60 × 34 mm body and a weight of approximately 251 g, it is an option for designs balancing radial installation space with running torque. The direct-drive arrangement transfers motor output to the fixture without an intermediate reduction stage, allowing selection around the torque required at the load.

Product Advantages

Motor features and dimensions

Rated Torque Matched to Normal Operating Loads

For mechanisms with sustained rotational resistance, the 0.65 N·m rated torque is a more useful selection reference than peak torque alone. Designers can evaluate friction, eccentric load moments and the duty cycle to match the motor to the operating conditions of rotary fixtures or limited-angle oscillating mechanisms.

60 mm Diameter for Restricted Radial Space

Where housing width or adjacent components restrict motor diameter, the T-6034 offers a 60 mm radial envelope. Compared with the Ø68 × 31 mm T-6831, it has a smaller diameter and a thicker body, providing an alternative layout for equipment with different space constraints.

Running Speed and Short-Duration Output

The 264 rpm rated speed provides a reference for fixture rotation and oscillating motion. Peak torque of 1.26 N·m can be used to assess brief acceleration or changes in resistance. Evaluating speed and torque over the full motion sequence helps match the drive to the mechanism more effectively than selecting on a single maximum value.

Integration into Compact Fixtures and Oscillating Assemblies

Small rotary fixtures can be evaluated around sustained resistance, while oscillating assemblies can be assessed against the eccentric load moment at different orientations. Compact turntables may benefit from the 60 mm outside diameter where radial space is limited. The 24 V rated supply supports electrical integration planning around the equipment's power system.

Robot application scenarios

Motion Control and System Connectivity

A single-turn absolute encoder provides position feedback. The associated controller supports position, speed and Q-axis current modes for angular positioning, continuous rotation or current-regulation tasks. RS485 and CAN interfaces support connection to the equipment control system. Motor control resolution is 14 bit; actual motion performance depends on the load, mechanical connection and control tuning.
