T-7936 Direct Drive Motor | 24V, 1.2 N·m Rated Torque, 3.7 N·m Peak Torque | For Intermittent Indexing and Rotary Fixtures

Platform inertia and target acceleration determine torque demand during start-stop motion. The 3.7 N·m peak rating provides a reference for assessing brief acceleration phases and comparing motion timing with available output margin. The specified peak current of 16 A also supports power-supply and current-limit planning. The 1.2 N·m rated torque provides a basis for assessing friction and eccentric loading during normal operation. For repetitive cycles, considering running, acceleration and dwell phases together gives a more complete view of output and thermal loading than checking a single movement alone. The 79 mm outside diameter and 36 mm thickness define the motor envelope for a rotary fixture base. The 418 g weight can be included in the mass budget of a fixed mount or moving bracket. A direct-drive arrangement can reduce intermediate reduction components, allowing the mechanical layout to focus on the motor, load connection and support structure. Intermittent indexing mechanisms can be assessed around platform inertia and target cycle time. Rotary fixtures can be evaluated against resistance during processing or inspection, while oscillating assemblies can be matched to reversal acceleration and eccentric load moments. The 354 rpm rated speed provides a reference; actual movement time depends on the load and acceleration and deceleration settings. A single-turn absolute encoder provides position feedback. The associated controller supports position, speed and Q-axis current modes for angular positioning, continuous rotation or current-regulation tasks. RS485 and CAN interfaces support connection to the equipment control system. Motor control resolution is 14 bit; actual motion performance depends on the load, mechanical connection and control tuning.
